FORD TRANSIT HUB AND FRONT WHEEL BEARING REMOVER KIT

A distinction of the Ford Transit models is based on the fact that the brake disc is behind the wheel hub. For which, changing the brakes disc and/or the bearing unit requires the whole bearing unit to be extracted from the stub axle, including the wheel hub and the brake disc. Dismantling and reassembling the bearing unit can be carried out directly on the vehicle.

The wheel bearing tool set has been used for dismantling and reassembling the brake disc or the bearing unit on the Ford Transit from the 2002 construction date. Furthermore, the bearing unit is dismantle-able/assembly-able from the rear axle brake disc on front wheel drive Ford Transits from the 2006 construction date.
